  • Teaching Methodology & Techniques; Hatha Yoga Linages; Ashtanga (Mysore), Iyengar, Viniyoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Sivananda and Restorative. Learn the art of designing intentional & effective class sequences, balancing structure, flow, and progression to develop and refine your own unique teaching style. Learn therapeutic alignment and the art of skilful and respectful adjustments.
  • Therapeutic Teaching and Anatomy & Physiology ~ Gain a deep understanding of anatomical principles relevant to yoga asana practice, applying the latest movement theories in a practical, hands-on context.   • Pre & Post Natal Yoga ~ Gain the knowledge to safely guide women through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery with tailored asanas, breath work, and relaxation techniques.
  • Meditation techniques & Mantras ~ Develop the skills to lead students in cultivating mindfulness and stillness, fostering a deep connection to the present moment and nurturing a sense of inner peace.
  • Philosophy; Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras ~ Explore the foundational philosophy of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, offering timeless wisdom on the path to self realisation and inner peace. This study provides practical tools for integrating yogic principles into daily life and teaching.

25 Min Yoga Flow ~

Myofascial Back Line Release

This 25 minute intermediate yoga flow is designed to target and release tension along the myofascial back line—from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head. Through a therapeutically sequenced practice, we’ll strengthen the core and stretch the entire backside of the body, including the calves, hamstrings, spine, and shoulders.

This class balances strength and release to improve posture, mobility, and body awareness.
